As part of the Warmer Homes Healthier People Campaign, The Citizens Advice Bureau (CAB) will be running two open day events in Burton on Trent.
Friday 8th February Coopers Square Shopping Centre
Monday 11th February Burton Customer Service Centre
The CAB will be providing information about saving money on energy bills through measures such as:
- Switching providers
- Making energy efficiency improvements in the home
- Winter Fuel Payments
- Warm Zone free home energy advice checks
- The Energy Company Obligation
- The Green Deal
- The Warm Home Discount Scheme
- Energy Saving Trust
Further to this they will also be booking appointments for one to one appointments. These will focus on help with tariff switching, claiming energy related benefits, discussing client information with energy suppliers and dealing with fuel debts.
