The picturesque Brook Hollows Spinney in Rolleston on Dove is the setting for this month’s Bird Walk.

On Saturday, March 13th join local ornithologist Dave Scattergood on the look-out for a variety of birds including Great Spotted Woodpeckers, Nuthatch and Tree Creeper as the build up to the nesting season continues.

The walk will start at 10.00am and finish around 12noon. Please bring your own binoculars if required and wear suitable footwear and clothing.

Walkers can meet Dave at the back of the Spread Eagle car park.
