Weds 30th January - Digital Photography Course in Burton upon Trent

Snap-happy photo fans are being invited to learn how to make the most of their cameras at a digital photography course organised by East Staffordshire Borough Council.
The three-week course takes place on Wednesday afternoons between 2.00pm and 4.00pm at the Greenhouse Centre, stapenhill, on January 30th, February 6thand February 13th.
The purpose of the course is to introduce people to the art of using a digital camera and processing their own work. It will concentrate on photographing nature and plants and will use both macro and micro photographic techniques.
Michael Bott, an experienced professional photographer and tutor, will be giving the course and the cost is £5 per person.
The course will be partially classroom based and will include photographic walks around Burton’s washlands.
People are required to bring along their own cameras. The course is suitable for beginners with limited experience and knowledge.
