Tutbury Castle
Tutbury Castle was once a prison to Mary Queen of Scots and so is a great link to the history of the area and the country as a whole. As well as being worth a visit to see the ruins themselves, Tutbury Castle is also host to numerous interesting historical re-enactment events throughout the year as well as occasional ghost hunts.
